เครื่องตัดสติ๊กเกอร์มีปัญหา
Roland Camm-1 cx-24 มีปัญหาในการสั่งตัดไปแล้ว เครื่องไม่ตอบสนอง แล้วมันก็ฟ้องถึงอาการ ดังนี้ This document faild to print ทดสอบ เปลี่ยนสายปริ๊นเตอร์แล้ว อาการก็เหมือนเดิม ทดลองเปลี่ยน เครื่องคอมฯเป็นเครื่องอื่นแล้ว อาการก็เหมือนเดิม ทดสอบการตัดที่ตัวเครื่อง ไม่มีปัญหาครับ เลยอยากทราบว่า อาการแบบนี้ มันเกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไร และถ้ามันเสีย มันน่าจะเกิดจากอะไรครับ...ก่อนหน้านั้น เคยสั่งตัดได้ โดยไม่มีปัญหา จึงอยากถามทีมงานหรือว่า ผู้มีประสบการณ์แบบนี้ ช่วยไขความกระจ่างหน่อยครับ คือแบบว่า ต้องใช้งาน แล้วถ้าเอาไปซ่อม ค่าซ่อมจะแพงมากไม๊ครับ ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าครัับ

ก่อนอื่นต้องขอโทษครับที่ตอบล่าช้า

จากอาการที่แจ้งมา ได้มีการลองเปลี่ยนเครื่องคอมดูแล้ว เปลี่ยนสายดูแล้ว อาจจะเป็นที่ Port ของเครื่องตัดก็ได้นะครับ ที่นี้ไม่ทราบว่าตอนที่ลง driver นั้นเลือกเป็น port อะไรครับ เพราะว่าโดยปรกติแล้วมันจะถูกเลือกให้เป็น port COM อยู่ เราต้องเลือกเป็น LPT นะครับผม หรือว่าสงสัยสามารถโทรสอบถามได้ที่หมายเลข 02-589 3137, 02-589 2191 ได้เลยนะครับ ยินดีให้คำปรึกษา
