ปัญหาข้างบนแก้ได้แล้วค่ะ....ลง driver ใหม่ แต่ก็สั่งตัดไม่ได้อยู่ดี ตอน install driver ต้องเลือกUSBหรือไม่เพราะลองหลายPortแล้วก็ไม่เกิดผลค่ะ......ขอบคุณค่ะ

สำหรับวิธีการลง Driver นะครับแนะนำว่าให้เสียบสาย usb เข้ากับ com ให้เรียบร้อยก่อนแล้วค่อยเปิดเครื่องตัดนะครับ เด๋ว windows จะทำการ found new hardware ให้เอง แล้วค่อยใส่แผ่น Driver ครับจากนั้น windows จะทำการลงให้เองอัตโนมัตครับ หรือว่าหากสงสัยวิธีการหรือขั้นตอนสามารถโทรมาสอบถามได้ที่หมายเลข 02-589 2191, 02-589 3137 ครับผมยินดีให้คำปรึกษาครับ :)
