ถามปัญหาเครื่องตัดสติ๊กเกอร์ รุ่น SX-15
พอดีใช้งานเครื่องตัดสติ๊กเกอร์ของ Roland รุ่น SX-15 อยู่ค่ะ ไม่ได้ตัดบ่อยนัก วันนี้ลองตัดข้อความดู ปรากฏว่าเครื่องมันตัดไม่ตรงตำแหน่ง ตัดทับซ้อนกัน ตัดกระโดดไปมา และตัดล้นออกไปนอกขอบสติ๊กเกอร์(ด้านขวามือ) ลองปิดเครื่อง ตัดใหม่หลายรอบ และลง Driver ใหม่ ก็ยังมีปัญหาเหมือนเดิม ไม่ทราบว่าเกิดจากอะไรคะ ปัญหาทางด้าน Software หรือ Hardware รบกวนช่วยตอบทางเมลด้วยนะคะ ขอบคุณมากค่ะ

อย่างแรกเลยนะครับคุณ teddy ไม่ทราบว่าเมล์อะไรครับจะได้ตอบกลับได้

ส่วนอาการที่ว่าตัดไม่ตรง ตัดทับซ้อนกัน อาจจะเกิดจากสาเหตุที่หัวจับเลื่อนได้ไม่ค่อยดีหมายถึงว่ามันฝืด

คงต้องลองทำความสะอาดตัวแกนด้านหลังน่ะครับ ยังงัยรบกวนฝาก e-mail สำหรับติดต่อกลับ หรือว่าจะ

ใช้งานโดยสั่งตัดผ่าน coreldraw 10 ปัญหาคือ เครื่องแจ้งว่า หาพอร์ต LPT ไม่เจอ แต่สั่งตัดผ่าน STIKA ที่มาพร้อมกับเครื่องตัดได้ตามปกติ กรุณาช่วยแก้ไขด้วยครับ
