หัวพิมพ์ sc540 สีฟุ้งสีเดียวเกิดจากอะไรคับ

เพิ่งซื้อมาใหม่เลยครับ 2 หัวแต่ทำไมสีแดงมันฟุ้งสีเดียวคับ อีกหัวไม่มีปัญหาอะไรเลย แก้ไขยังไงดีครับ

ไม่ทราบว่าหลังจากที่ทำการเปลี่ยนหัวพิมพ์แล้วได้มีการ Adj หัวพิมพ์หรือเปล่าครับเพราะว่าอาการนี้อาจเกิดขึ้นได้หลังจากเปลี่ยนหัวพิมพ์ แล้วที่เปลี่ยนไปนั้นสีอะไรบ้างครับ แล้วที่ว่าซื้อหัวพิมพ์มาใหม่นั้นประมาณกี่วันครับ หมึกที่ใช้เป็นหมึกอะไร หากมีคำถามสามารถโทรมาติดต่อสอบถามได้ที่หมายเลข 02-589 2191, 02-589 3137 นะครับ
