เจอปัญหาตั้งแต่วันแรก SV-12
เพิ่งซื้อเครื่องมาครับ แต่เจอปัญหาแบบที่เขาบอกกันจริงๆครับ ของผมก็เป็นครับ ตัดออกมาเส้นมันไม่คมอ่ะครับ ยิ่งตัวเลขเส้นไม่ค่อยคม ไม่ค่อยกลมเลยครับ มันมียักๆนิดๆ ไม่รู้ว่าเป็นที่อะไรครับพี่ เครื่องใหม่นะครับ ช่วยด้วยครับพี่

อย่างแรกเลยนะครับ ไม่ทราบว่าใช้โปรแกรมอะไรตัดครับผ หากว่าเป็นพวก Corel, Illus ให้ลองไปตั้งขนาดของเส้นให้เป็น 0.01pt, 0.001mm ดูครับ

แล้วลองสั่ง test cut ของตัวเครื่องดูวิธีการคือให้กดปุ่มเปิดเครื่องค้างเอาไว้นะครับ จะตัดเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมแล้วมีไม้กางเขนอยู่ด้านใน ปรับตั้งใบมีดไว้ขนาดไหนครับ หากมีข้อสงสัยสอบถามได้ที่หมายเลข 02-589 3137, 02-589 2191 ครับผม เจ้าหน้าที่ยินดีให้คำปรึกษาครับผม
