เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้อยู่ พอดีมันติดไวรัส เลยต้องลงวินโดว์ใหม่ แล้ว ลง driver roland camm-1servo ไม่ได้อะค่ะ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มันมองไม่เห็น เครื่องตัดอะค่ะ พอจะเกิดจากสาเหตุอะไรได้บ้างค่ะ อยากทราบวิธีแก้ไขค่ะ ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าค่ะ

การติดตั้งdriverขึ้นอยู่กับwindowsที่ใช้งานอยู่ ถ้าเป็นwindows xpให้เสียบสายusbเพื่อให้windowsหาอุปกรณ์ใหม่แล้วค่อยลงdriver แต่ถ้าใช้windowsตัวอื่นให้ลงdriverก่อนแล้วค่อยเสียบสายusbเพื่อให้windowsลงdriverให้แบบอัตโนมัติ วิธีการลงdriverสามารถอ่านได้จากคู่มือภาษาไทยหน้า 16
