ลองเช็คดูที่สายหรือว่า port usb นะครับอาจจะลองเปลี่ยนช่องเสียบสาย usb ดูครับ ถ้าหากใช้ port ด้านหน้า ก็ให้เปลี่ยนมาด้านหลัง หรือว่าลองลบ driver แล้วลงใหม่ครับ หากมีข้อสงสัยสอบถามได้ที่หมายเลข 02-5893137, 025892191
