1. Exposure to UV light (แสง UV จากนอกห้อง หรือนีออน)

        - Please confirm the ink cartridge cover is always closed.

          ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าฝาปิดตลับหมึกด้านหลังปิดสนิท

        - When you take out the white cartridge for shaking, please do it quickly. Even short time exposure 
           to the room light can make the congealed ink film at the entry point of the cartridge.
           You had better to do it by putting the cartridge in the aluminum bag to avoid the light.

           ก่อนเปิดเครื่องตอนเช้าทุกครั้ง ให้ดึงตลับหมึกขาวออกมาเขย่าก่อน ประมาณ 4-5 ครั้ง ให้ทำอย่างรวดเร็ว
           และรีบนำตลับหมึกใส่กลับเข้าไปที่เดิม เพราะแค่ไฟนีออนในห้องทำงานอาจจะทำตลับหมึกตันได้

2. High temperature (อุณหภูมิห้องที่ร้อนกว่าปกติ)

            ECO-UV ink needs to be stored under the temperature condition of 5 to 35 degrees C.

            Please check the room temperature is kept under 35 degrees C.

            Please also check the cartridge had not been stored in a hot room or warehouse.

            หมึก UV จำเป็นที่จะต้องจัดเก็บในอุณหภูมิห้องระหว่าง 5 – 35 องศาเซลเซียส

            โปรดตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าอุณหภูมิห้องต้องไม่เกิน 35 องศาเซลเซียส

3. Expiration date of ink (หมึกหมดอายุ)

            Please check the expiration date of the cartridge. The expired ink can easily clog the nozzles of the head.

            ตรวจสอบว่าหมึกหมดอายุหรือไม่ เพราะถ้าใช้หมึกที่หมดอายุจะทำให้หัวพิมพ์ตันได้
            ตรวจสอบได้จากตลับหมึกที่ใช้งานจะบอกวันหมดอายุ

4. This is very important thing, but please perform the test print before and after printing every time 
    and confirm all the nozzles are firing well.  And try to recover the nozzle condition immediately 
    by cleaning or manual cleaning if you find any firing problem.

             ก่อนพิมพ์งานทุกครั้งให้ทำการทดสอบการพิมพ์เพื่อตรวจสอบหัวพิมพ์ว่าหมึกออกครบหรือไม่
ถ้าหมึกออกไม่ครบให้ทำการ Cleaning ทันที หรือถ้าจำเป็นก็จาจะต้องทำ Manual Cleaning โดยใช้น้ำยา
และ Cleaning Stick (ไม้สีเขียวๆ)
