เครื่องตัด หอ-12 ตัดไม่ถึง1 เมตร

สเป็คของเครื่องตัด sv-12 บอกว่าตัดได้ยาว 1 เมตร เวลามาตัดจริงเกิน 80 เซน เออเร่อ ครับ ของเพื่อนที่ซื้อมาก็เป็นขอทราบวิธีแก้ไขหน่อยครับ รุ่นก่อนหน้านี้ดีมากเลย sx-12 ทำไมไม่มีมาขายอีก ซื้อ มาหลายตัวแล้ว

สำหรับรุ่น SV-12 นั้นสามารถตัดได้ 1 เมตรเลยครับ เพียงแต่ว่าต้องไปตั้งค่าที่ Driver นิดนึงครับ คือ ไปที่เมนู Start บน Windows แล้วไปเลือกที่ Printer and Fax จากนั้นให้ไปคลิกเมาส์ด้านขวาเลือก Printing Preferences จากนั้นไปเลือกที่ Options แล้วให้เอาเครื่องหมายถูกที่อยู่ตรงหน้าคำว่า High Resolution ออกจากนั้นกดปุ่ม OK เท่านี้ก็เรียบร้อยแล้วครับ หากว่าไม่ได้เอาออกจะตัดงานยาวได้ไม่เกิน 80cm ครับ เกินกว่านั้นจะ error ครับ
