Operation Method: 1.    Confirm that the power is on (AC220-30A) and the machine breaker is activated. 2.    Turn on the green switch (the green light comes on) and the roller starts to run. Set the speed to 10-20, but not too fast. 3.    Turn on the red switch (the red light comes on) to activate the Temperature Controller. Wait for few seconds, the Temperature Controller will display the temperature (red digits at top) and set the temperature (smaller digits at bottom). To change the temperature, please refer to the Temperature Controller Manual. 4.    Start the operation after heating to the set temperature. Place the fabrics to be sublimated on the Rear Load Shaft and pull the fabrics upward and then spread on feed platform to insert the fabrics into the Heating Roller until adhering to the front take-up roller. 5.    Shift the Directional Switch to the UP position. At this time, the Lifting Wheel will start moving upward and then stop when arriving at the set position. 6.    Push the orange button (the orange light comes on) and the Draft Fan will start drafting air at this time. 7.    When setting the machine aside for extended period, turn off the Heating Switch and shift the Lifting Wheel Switch downward to descend the Lifting Wheel. At this time, let the Roller Switch keep running for 1 to 2 hours and then turn it off to prevent the roller from twisting. The material can be washed after color fixing process. 5.    Long time usage of the printer under temperature over 230? will cause the printer breakdown easily.
